Building in Swan Mews housing the Leatherhead office of the Citizens Advice Bureau. The listing particulars for 41 High Street (just visible to its left, with first floor weatherboarding) refers to this building with the comment "Continued to the rear of the wing is a former cottage which is not of special interest".
