In recent times several excellent new timber based clambering and scrambling features have been installed where children can play in two main areas. The Severn Valley Country Park is an excellent spacious and scenic (but hilly) area open to the public and covering three linked sites on both sides of the River Severn. Open grassland and woodland has well way-marked routes to enjoy, many fully usable by wheel-chair visitors.
