Apparently mid 19th century in origin, although a building is shown on this site on maps of the 1840s. It is occupied by a business called Seaways Bookshop; the house was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300012379-seaways-bookshop-fishguard-and-goodwick#.Xbae-uj7RPY in 1978.
