The enormous memorial is presently housed at the East Coast College at Gorleston and is unfortunately not on public display although can be viewed by arrangement. It is not ideally situated and would be better placed in a public building but the cost of moving it is prohibitive. The central panel is the Great War Memorial which bears 52 names, 49 "old boys" and three "Staff". https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6303039 The three panels on either side of the memorial is the Roll of Honour and bears the names of those who served, including 16 girls, and returned home or served on home soil. Details on the memorial include the Regiment or Service and in the case of seafarers the name of the ship.
