Formerly the Wheatsheaf public house (Image]), the premises on the corner of Bushey Lane and Rainford Road are now occupied by an Indian restaurant trading under the name "Holdi". It had also been the Amier (Image]) and "Mr Elephant" (Image]) in recent times.
