Historically known as both The Coach House and The Nag's Head, presumably reflecting past times when it was a pub, this is described more fully in its 1976 Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101342856-the-coach-housethe-nags-head-meriden#.XZ7TpEZKhPY & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1342856 The house dates from the 18th century.
