Vacant and semi-derelict premises, at the corner of Castlereagh Place, advertised for sale as a development opportunity. The agents’ advertisement included “The property is located on the corner of Woodstock Road and Castlereagh Place. The property comprises an end terrace arranged over ground and first floors. Formerly a bookmakers, the property is in need of refurbishment throughout”. I have no connection with the sale and cannot enter into correspondence.
