Holm Jct, Ardrossan

Holm Jct is the junction for the lines from Ardrossan Harbour (left) and Largs (right). Ardrossan shed (which had an unusually large number of locos) was at top left. It closed in early 1965. A class 27 is approaching from Fairlie with nuclear flasks for Sellafield. See also Image
