Built c.1878, an early work by Nottingham architect Watson Fothergill, before he had developed his distinctive red brick style. Nevertheless, his use of contrasting bands is already evident. There is a benchmark http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6248543 on the corner of the boundary wall
