Part of the Centre for Alternative Technology site which is in an old slate quarry. The Centre's buildings are designed to showcase the various eco-themes which are what it's all about. I'm not sure if this is in that category. It looks more like one of the old quarry buildings. Although it's certainly recycling waste material. These old slate slabs are lying around everywhere.
