The King's Troop, Royal Horse Artillery in Welling

It always creates quite a stir as these horses and riders progressed along local roads. Most of the riders had control of three horses. This picture was taken in Edison Road which is actually a bus route as the horses tend to stick to main roads. This gives the horses a chance to get used to traffic and also have exercise. On this occasion they will progress via Plumstead Common back to the barracks.
