Built in 1912 by local architect John Sansom who designed a number of other shops and houses in Liskeard including a number of the terraces along Station Road and the new tower to St Martin’s church in 1901. The Cornish Times reports the building was sold by the Liberal Democrats in 2017 due to the investment required to correctly maintain the building only to be offered to the market a few months later. The Times also say the facade of the building is listed but I'm unable to find it in the listing.
