Number 80 Winner Street is circa 1835 possibly incorporating an earlier building. Now four flats, the house is listed, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1195220 Winner Street was the principal medieval thoroughfare in Paignton, named after the bishops' vineyard.
