I'm not sure whether this is one of the many officially-sanctioned examples of street art in Hull. It is on buildings which back on to Wellington Street. The piece on the left appears to be a political comment on the current government's unstated but widely-mooted policy of allowing US companies to profit from NHS services, especially post-Brexit.
