Harbour House is home to the Alan Boswell Insurance & Financial Services Group. The adjacent building is Eastgate House, a block of flats advertised as providing four floors and a total of 47 high specification, beautifully designed 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with each floor accessible via a lift and some of the apartments offering rarely available views across Norwich.
