Junction between the (former) B2163, Ringlestone Road and Hazel Street Road at the top of Hollingbourne Hill. The concrete mushroom-shaped water tower is partially hidden by the trees on the right. Someone seems to have stolen the white post which should stand on the small grassy triangle on the left. See Image
