Engine house of the Nant or Westminster lead mine

The engine house was built around 1841 to house a Cornish type engine to pump the mine, thought to be of 45inch diameter. This is a view into the interior looking towards the bob wall, which was built up above the original support for the beam when the building was changed to other use after the engine finished working. Listed Grade II.
