Visitors of a certain age will recall the children's TV programme Play School, in which viewers were invited to guess which of the windows (round, square or arched) held the day's story. This is the rear of Hull City Hall, with a range of window shapes (including elliptical rather than circular). The hall is listed grade II* (List entry 1197685).
