The gate through which this photo is taken is a substantial affair, and heavily locked; it also suggests that at least part of the land beyond is soon to be used as landfill. Nonetheless the substantial part of the estate is owned and operated by a corporate events company, running conferences, team building activities, off-road driving courses etc.
