Overlooking the Grand Union Canal east of Clemens Street. Exact address to be ascertained – could be Court Street. The site is believed to have been a British Telecom (BT) telephone exchange and depot. Seen looking west during construction here: Image Student accommodation is a booming sector in Leamington, to serve students of the University of Warwick and Coventry University, which is seeing its own boom, and possibly Warwickshire College in Leamington.
