It is not surprising that few Geographers have made it to Conkwell, which must be one of the most secluded villages in Wiltshire. To reach it from the Winsley bypass one must go down a long, narrow winding lane with high stone walls on either side. Conkwell Farm, on Blackberry Lane, is a name that might be familiar to owners of classic cars. https://www.siddeley.org/
