He is also responsible for training all new Police Officers and PCSOs on Hate Crime awareness, ensuring they understand the serious impact such offences have on victims.

In addition to his core responsibilities, Andrew is passionate about youth engagement. He places a strong emphasis on being visible at local schools during drop-off and pick-up times, providing opportunities for positive interaction and helping to break down barriers between young people and the police.

Georgie initially policed Trowbridge in a uniformed role before transitioning into detective work. She spent around five years as a detective, gaining experience in both main office CID and proactive policing. Following this, she took on the role of managing a response team in Devizes.

PC Nicky Crabbe is a Neighbourhood Officer covering the rural areas around Devizes. She is part of a close-knit team that supports one another across the wider area whenever needed.

Nicky re-joined Wiltshire Police in 2021, having previously served for 11 years with West Midlands Police.

Simon is passionate about the impact Neighbourhood Policing can have on local communities. He believes it offers a valuable opportunity to proactively target crime hotspots, reduce offending, and provide tailored support to the most vulnerable members of the public.
