This was Thomas Hine's own house, with a drawing office in the single storey annexe. Built 1844-8, now converted to offices, Listed Grade II. Hine was responsible for much of the development of the Park Ward area in the 1840s-60s. The style of this house contrasts with his building on the opposite corner http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6117488 .
