A survivor on a site being redeveloped. The hoarding says 'The Victoria pub is being restored to its former glory giving it a fresh lease of life as an incubator hub for new businesses'. In typical estate agent and developer fashion, the language is obscure. Does 'incubator hub' = 'pub'? If not, it can't be 'restored'.
