The Anglesey cinema re-opened following a £460,000 refurbishment in 2013 The Empire Cinema, Holyhead, forms part of the new Empire complex, which features a children's soft-play area, laser tag arena and cafe. The project was funded by European money, through the Welsh government and Anglesey council.
