Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of Middleton Tyas (Richmondshire District), Middleton Tyas, Middleton Tyas Lane, on East side of road. Tyas stone, erected by the Darlington to Middleton Tyas turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : Catteric(k) / Bridge / 5 : : Greta / Bridge / 9 : Milestone Society National ID: YN_CBGB05
