Metal plate attached to stone post by the A359, in parish of Mudford (South Somerset District), Main Street, by gateway to Trinity House, outside Mudford Post Office, set in tarmac pavement in front of low brick wall, on West side of road. Yeovil lobe iron plate, erected by the Yeovil turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- MARSTON MAGNA 2 YEOVIL 3 Grade II listed.
