Carved stone post by the A3090, in parish of Ampfield (Test Valley District), Petty Priest Copse, on the verge outside house named 'Lower Patlake', opposite footpath, on West side of road. Romsey rectangle stone, erected by the Winchester & Romsey turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- ROMSEY 5 WINTON (6) Winchester HER & Winchester UAD.
