Stone post (plate lost) by the B4088, in parish of Salford Priors (Stratford on Avon District), Iron Cross, opposite "The Old Brick Cottage", 60m North of crossroads in hedge bottom, on East side of road. Evesham plate erected by the Evesham & Alcester (Alcester District) turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription once read:- (Alcester 4) (Evesham 6) Carved benchmark recorded. Warwickshire HER.
