Cast iron post by the A621, in parish of Sheffield (Sheffield District), Baslow Road, Totley, opposite No. 322, just West of Cross Scythes PH and Fleur de Lys PH, by stone wall, close to road, on South side of road. Darwin scroll iron casting, erected by the Owler Bar (Norton to Hathersage) turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : BASLOW / 6 / MILES / BAKEWELL / 10 / MILES : : SHEFFIELD / 6 / MILES : Maker:- : DARWIN & CO SHEFFIELD. : Milestone Society National ID: YS_SFBK06
