Carved stone post by the B4385, in parish of Lydbury North (South Shropshire District), Worthen/Walcot; West of Lydbury North, by the road, on North side of road. Bishops Castle arched stone, erected by the Bishops Castle turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- MILES B'CASTLE 3 C'ARMS 9 Carved benchmark front bottom centre. Shropshire HER.
