Carved stone post by the UC road (was A390), in parish of St Mewan (Restormel District), Hewas Water, Pleasant Villas on old A390 road, now by-passed, against wall, on North side of road. St Austell Roman stone, erected by the St Austell & Lostwithiel turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- ST AUSTEL IIIi TRURO X Grade II listed.
