These bikes do not have fixed docking stations. There are groups at places like stations - currently in Ealing and Brent. They can be left anywhere that bikes can be parked. They are unlocked with a smart phone. See Lime website https://www.li.me/electric-assist-bike which says: "To unlock a Lime-E, simply scan the QR code located on the handlebars or the seat panel using the Lime app." The road is the A4000 Horn Lane, the bikes are on the bridge over the GWR main line (and TFL rail), the red bus is a 266 at the Acton Mainline bus stop.
