Dominating the northeast side of the square, is Equitable House https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1389382 : "a handsome and monumental building of solid neo-classicism that inspired customers' confidence and also expressed modernity with elegant Deco detailing throughout". Visible on the left is Beresford Square and the Royal Arsenal Gatehouse Image
