One of three vernacular fisherman's cottages in a narrow courtyard to the rear of Marine Terrace. All three were collectively Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300010271-courtyard-to-rear-of-no-4-marine-terrace-aberystwyth#.XHZCuYj7RPY in 1987; part of another is seen further to the left.
