Metal plate attached to stone post by the UC road (was A5), in parish of ATHERSTONE (NORTH WARWICKSHIRE District), Long Street; attached to Red Lion Hotel, in pavement, back to wall, on Northeast side of road. Erected by an unknown authority in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : TO / Lutterworth / 17¾ Ms : : To London / 100 / Ms. : : TO / Litchfield / 15 : Grade II listed.
