Carved stone post East of the B3217, in parish of BURRINGTON (NORTH DEVON District), Dole Park, 10m North of Dole Park East Cross signpost, in high hedge bank, overgrown with moss and fern, on South side of road. Barum tombstone erected by the Barnstaple turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- 11 BARUM Carved benchmark on mid lower face. Devon & Dartmoor HER.
