Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of LOXHORE (NORTH DEVON District), Loxhore Cottage, South of village triangle, in grass bank beside steep drive to gate, on East side of road. Barum tombstone, erected by the Barnstaple turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- 6 BARUM Devon & Dartmoor HER.
