Originally an 18th century stone arch bridge, the far arches were washed away in the great flood of 1849 and rebuilt as a timber trestle bridge. Now in a perilous state of repair, fenced off and on the Scottish Buildings at Risk Register. https://www.buildingsatrisk.org.uk/details/965454
