Carved stone post, in parish of ENGLISH BICKNOR (FOREST OF DEAN District), near old vicarage, by wall, on West side of road. Ross Forest stone, erected by the Forest of Dean turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- To Ross 8 Miles : Milestone Society National ID: GL_RSCO08
