Metal plates attached to stone post by the B1440, in parish of SNETTISHAM (KINGS LYNN AND WEST NORFOLK District), 25yds North of Suffolk House, against carrstone and brick wall, in pavement, on West side of road. Lynn metal number, erected by an unknown authority in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- 11 (To King's Lynn) Norfolk HER.
