Cast iron post by the B5476/B5063 roundabout, in parish of WEM URBAN (NORTH SHROPSHIRE District), South of Wem, East of railway bridge, by B5476 and B5063 roundabout, on East side of road. Shawbury post, erected by the County Council in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : SHREWSBURY / 10 : : SALOP : : WHITCHURCH / 9½ : Shropshire HER.
