Carved stone post by the A373, in parish of AWLISCOMBE (EAST DEVON District), 80m West of Awliscombe Inn, laid into stone surround on bank (cemented), by path near post box, on North side of road. Honiton old gabled stone, erected by the Honiton turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- II MILES from HONITON IX to CULLOMPTON Milestone Society National ID: DV_CMHN09
