| 1 Nov 2025 | Residents on Valiant Close complained that they felt forgotten in the area with issues such as constant Fly Tipping, abandoned vehicles, drug dealing in alley ways and the general cleanliness of the area. Response (1 Nov 2025)We arranged a joint patrol with Torus Housing, local Councillors and local MP Charlotte Nichols to highlight the problems residents are facing. Torus have agreed that money needs to be invested into the area with a suggestion made by us for them to include a nature walk around the back of the estate near Blackbrook Avenue. |
| 21 Jan 2026 | Residents are concerned about Anti-social behaviour and drug issues at an address in Handley Drive Response (21 Jan 2026)A partial closure at the address was agreed in court for the removal of one resident believed to be causing the issues on the estate. That resident has now been removed from the property and was not allowed to return to the address for 3 months. Due to this condition being broken, the courts have now agreed to extend the closure for another three months and our findings have been passed onto the local housing authority to review. with the local MP, she has agreed to hold a meeting with the CEO of Torus about requesting they invest in the area with a view of permanent solutions to the issues raised. |

| 1 May 2026 | Can you do something about the Fly tipping issues, abandoned vehicles and the general state of Vulcan & Valiant estate. Response (1 May 2026)We are collaborating with the Council, Torus Housing, and the local MP to address the root causes of issues on this estate. A new Residents Association has been formed to ensure those most affected have a regular voice. Police presence has increased, including plain-clothed patrols, and several vehicles have already been removed. Your local PCSO is committed to finding long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes. This remains an ongoing priority until residents are satisfied with the results. |
