Cast iron post by the A5035, in parish of STOKE ON TRENT (STOKE ON TRENT District), Longton Road, Trentham, in path in front of fence and hedge, on South side of road. Lathe iron casting, erected by the County Council in the 19th/20th century. Inscription reads:- : TRENTHAM ½ / STONE 5½ / STAFFORD 12½ : : TRENTHAM : : LONGTON 3¼ : Maker:- : Chas.
