Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of BURRINGTON (NORTH DEVON District), 20m West of entrance to Bircham Farm, by field gate against wall, under ivy, on South side of road, right hand side of field gate. Barum tombstone, erected by the Barnstaple turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : 14 / BARUM : Milestone Society National ID: DV_BSLC14
