Metal plate attached to stone post by the A211, in parish of ELTHAM (GREENWICH District), Footscray Road SE9, by No 135, in pavement, on East side of road. New Cross marker, erected by the New Cross turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : 3 / MILES / TO / FOOTSCRAY : : 9 / MILES / TO / LONDON / BRIDGE : Grade II Listed. List Entry Number: 1291222 Milestone Society National ID: KE_LF09.
