Carved stone post by the A258, in parish of DOVER (DOVER District), Guston, East of tree screen to Duke of York's Royal Military School, quarter mile South of A2 junction, behind pavement against multi-stem tree, on East side of road. Sandwich limestone block, erected by the Dover, Deal to Sandwich turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : (DOV)ER / 2 : : DEAL / 7 : Milestone Society National ID: KE_DODL02.
