Carved stone post by the A386, in parish of SOURTON (WEST DEVON District), Lake, 250m South of Bearslake Inn PH, southern edge of village, on concrete base on grass verge, set back from road, on West side of road. Okehampton tombstone, erected by the Okehampton turnpike trust in the 18th century. Inscription reads:- : OKEHAMPTON / 6 / MILES : : TAVISTOCK / 10 / MILES : Milestone Society National ID: DV_TVOK10.
