Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of HUDDERSFIELD (KIRKLEES District), Blackmoorfoot Road, Crosland Moor, by No. 491, in front of stone wall, on East side of road. Huddersfield 'To - From' stone, erected by an unknown authority in the 19th century. Defaced and partly re-cut. Inscription reads:- : FROM / HUDDS / --- / --- / 2 : : TO / HUDDS / --- / --- / 2 : Milestone Society National ID: YW_XHTF15.
